1. Acceptance

By visiting or using www.dataseeds.ai, data.dataseeds.ai and related pages (the "Site"), operated by GuruShots Ltd. for DataSeeds.AI, a business of Zedge, Inc. ("DataSeeds", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. The Site and its content

The Site describes DataSeeds.AI's data services and publishes research, articles and sample material. You may use the Site for lawful purposes and for evaluating our services. You may not scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Site or any sample media, use it to train machine-learning models, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access data or systems you are not authorised to use.

Sample datasets published on Hugging Face, GitHub or data.dataseeds.ai carry their own licences stated at the source; those licences govern that material.

4. Dataset licences are separate

Nothing on the Site is an offer to license data. Datasets, annotation, evaluation and production services are provided only under a written agreement signed by both parties, which sets the scope, licence, fees, warranties and rights documentation for that engagement. Information on the Site - including figures such as catalog size or contributor counts - is descriptive and current as of the date shown, and may change.

5. Requests you send us

When you send a request through the contact form or by email you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the company you name. We may use your request to prepare a response and proposal as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential material before an NDA is in place.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, its text, illustrations, logos, layout and code are owned by or licensed to DataSeeds.AI and Zedge, Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark law. "DataSeeds.AI", "Zedge" and "GuruShots" are trademarks of Zedge, Inc. and its subsidiaries. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link; any other use needs our written permission.

7. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party sites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Research results published on the Site are reported as measured in the cited work and are not a warranty of performance on your data.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataSeeds, Zedge, Inc., GuruShots Ltd. and their officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to USD 100. Liability under a signed dataset agreement is governed by that agreement.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law where you live provides otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and continued use of the Site means you accept the new terms.
