DataSeeds.AI ("DataSeeds", "we", "us") is a business of Zedge, Inc. (NYSE American: ZDGE) and its subsidiary GuruShots Ltd. We respect your privacy and process personal information in accordance with applicable law. This Privacy Policy applies to www.dataseeds.ai, data.dataseeds.ai, and other services that link to it (our "Services"). By using our Services you acknowledge the processing described here.

1. Who is responsible and how to contact us

For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and comparable laws, the data controller is GuruShots Ltd., 65 Yigal Alon, Tel Aviv, Israel, acting for DataSeeds.AI. Questions about this policy or your personal information: privacy@dataseeds.ai.

2. What personal information we collect

1. Contact form. When you request a dataset or a call we store your name, work email, company, work phone (optional), your area of interest, budget range, the message you write, the page you sent it from, the request code in the link that brought you here, campaign parameters (utm_*) and ad click identifiers (gclid, fbclid, msclkid, kept for the visit only if you accepted analytics and advertising cookies), your browser's user-agent string, and the time of submission. This is stored in a database hosted by Supabase in the EU or US region we select.
2. Calls and email. If you book a call or email sales@dataseeds.ai we keep the correspondence and the details you share to prepare a proposal.
3. Usage data. With your consent we collect analytics about how the site is used - pages viewed, approximate location from IP address, device and browser type, referring site - through Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity. Advertising measurement through Google Ads runs only with your consent to marketing cookies.
4. Cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your consent choice. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you accept them in the consent banner. See the Consent page for the list and how to change your choice at any time.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16, and our Services are directed at businesses.

3. How we use personal information

• To answer your request, scope your specification, prepare samples and proposals, and deliver contracted datasets.
• To operate, secure and improve the Services, including aggregate analytics.
• To send you information about DataSeeds.AI products you asked about. You can opt out of marketing email at any time through the link in each message or by writing to us.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Legal bases under the GDPR: performance of a contract or steps at your request before a contract (your inquiry), our legitimate interest in running and protecting a business website, your consent (analytics, marketing cookies, marketing email) and compliance with law.

4. Sharing

We share personal information with service providers who process it for us under contract - hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), analytics and advertising (Google, Microsoft), scheduling (Google Calendar), email - with Zedge, Inc. group companies for the purposes above, with professional advisers, and when required by law or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.

5. Training data is separate

The datasets DataSeeds.AI licenses to customers are created by contributors inside Zedge and GuruShots applications under their own terms, with documented consent and a traceable rights record. Information you give us as a website visitor or customer is never added to a training dataset.

6. International transfers

We operate from Israel and the United States and use providers in the EU and US. Where personal information leaves the EEA, the UK or Switzerland we rely on adequacy decisions (Israel holds an EU adequacy decision) or standard contractual clauses.

7. Retention

Contact requests are kept while the inquiry is open and for up to 36 months after our last contact, unless a contract requires longer. Analytics data is retained per the settings of the provider (Google Analytics: 14 months). You may ask us to delete your data earlier.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the data - encrypted transport, access controls on the database (write-only from the website, read access limited to the sales team), and vetted providers. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you believe your data has been compromised.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a supervisory authority. EEA and UK residents may contact their local data protection authority. California residents have the rights set out in the CCPA/CPRA, including to know, delete, correct and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" - we do not sell or share personal information as defined there, and we do not discriminate for exercising rights. Write to privacy@dataseeds.ai; we respond within the period the law sets.

10. Third-party links and sites

Our Services link to third-party sites (Hugging Face, GitHub, arXiv, Google Calendar). Their privacy practices are their own.

We will post any change here with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
